If you have a faulty unit under warranty and wish to have it repaired, please feel free to bring it in to us with your proof of purchase. Please note in some cases warranty jobs require a Repair Authorization number and work cannot commence on the product until this RA number is received. Customers are encouraged to check if an RA number is needed at the time of booking/dropoff. Please fill out the online warranty request form. On-line bookings are recorded by Perth Digital only and are not forwarded to the manufacturer.
